Q) Do I need to book in advance?
A) We would recommend that you book in advance to avoid any disappointment.
Q) Do I need to bring open toe shoes when having a pedicure?
A) Yes, please bring open toe shoes, we do provide disposable flip flops if you forget.
Q) I have a Gift Voucher for Amor Beauty but it has expired, can I extend the voucher?
A) Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Please note we do not extend any vouchers so be sure to use them within the 6 months.
As a courtesy to the salon and our customers please give 24 hours notice for a cancellation. Failure to do so will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment booked.
We may require a credit card number for bookings of more then two hours. You will be notified at the time of your booking and a credit card number will be required to hold your booking. Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy will result in the credit card being charged 50% of the treatment booked.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your treatment time being shortened or your treatment cancelled. The cancellation policy will apply.
We politely ask you to turn off your mobile phones when you arrive for your appointment.
As a courtesy to the salon and our customers we would advise that children are not present whilst treatments are carried out, this is due to health & safety and to provide a relaxing environment for all our customers. This excludes childrens ear piercing.
