Q) Is there a cancellation charge if I cancel an appointment?
A) A cancellation policy is in place, as a courtesy to our customers please give 24 hours notice for a cancellation. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment booked for failure to adhere to the cancellation policy.
Q) Is there a reservation fee required for bookings of more then 2 hours?
A) We may require a credit card number for bookings of more then two hours. You will be notified at the time of your booking and a credit card number will be required to hold your booking. Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy will result in the credit card being charged 50% of the treatment booked.
Q) Do I need to bring open toe shoes when having a pedicure?
A) Yes, please bring open toe shoes, we do provide disposable flip flops if you forget.
